Mochi is an online app, meaning you can access our platform anytime and anywhere with any device. All you need is a web browser. That said, we currently do not have an app that you could download via App Store or Play Store.

Is Mochi for free?

You can use Mochi for free for the first 60 days! This is our trial period that helps you get to know the platform to see if it’s the right tool for your business.

How much is Mochi per month?

Are there transaction fees?

Yes, Mochi incurs transparent transaction fees on your transactions. Depending on the payment method used, our payment gateway partners may charge up to 4.5% of transaction value.

How do I sign up for Mochi?

Signing up for Mochi is simple! All you have to do is register through this link. Once done, someone from the Mochi team will reach out to you soon to do some verification steps and answer any of your initial questions. After that, you’ll be able to use Mochi for your billing and collections process.
